Music is an essential part of my life—as a performer, collaborator, and advocate for the arts.
I am the founder and executive director of the Scottsdale Symphonic Orchestra, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings accomplished musicians together to present exceptional live performances. Through the orchestra, I help create opportunities for musicians and audiences to connect through music that uplifts, inspires, and enriches our community.
As an oboist and English horn player, I perform with orchestras and chamber ensembles throughout the West. I hold the English horn chair with the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra, serve as principal oboe of the Scottsdale Symphonic Orchestra, and co-founded the woodwind quintet Zephyr with Heather Van Beek. I am available for orchestral and chamber music engagements across the West Coast and Southwest.

Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra
I return for my third season on English horn, having been awarded tenure at the close of my second season. It is a pleasure to continue making music with this outstanding orchestra.
Scottsdale Symphonic Orchestra
Our fourth season holds special meaning for me as both founder and performer. I serve as principal oboe and also perform on English horn when the repertoire calls for it.
Grand Junction Symphony Orchestra, West Valley Symphony, and Symphony of the Southwest
This season includes substitute English horn engagements with these three orchestras.
Zephyr
The woodwind quintet I co-founded with Heather Van Beek looks forward to a busy season of chamber music performances.
